| Job Description | Who you are: You are an engineer with good understanding of high-end Enterprise Computing & Storage solutions. You should be well conversant with hardware and software products used in enterprise Data-centers with exposure on Server Consolidation & Virtualization technologies. Exposure with selling servers & storage for ERP, Messaging, SCM, CRM and Line of Business Applications in respective segments would be especially valuable. You have conceptual, analytical and presentation skills, creative, dynamic and confident with assertive sales skills. End to end account management is your habit. Your Role: You engages with customer and makes techno-sales presentations to customers and prospects that demonstrate the superiority of the Progression’s solution offerings for enterprise computing environment. You work closely with ISVs, OEMs and Enterprise customers on Servers, Storage & other Datacenter technologies to secure business for Progression. Essential Responsibilities: - Work closely with key ISVs like SAP, Oracle, MS, VMware, Veritas & Citrix and OEMs (HP & Sun) to identify potential customers. - Develop relationships and address customer needs & challenges - Quantify the benefits and value of the Progression Solution Offering - Define POC objectives and co-ordinate POC with respective Technology Team & The Customer in case a POC is required - Negotiate & Conclude business deals for Enterprise Computing & Storage - Organize customer events with OEMs & ISVs |
