Job Description Who you are:
You are an engineer with good understanding of IT Infrastructure of enterprise customers along with the understanding of critical applications. You should be able to appreciate the business criticality of customers IT Infrastructure and relate the same to their business processes and hence capable of defining and designing the desired type & level of services required for specific customer. Exposure with selling infrastructure availability management for ERP, Messaging, SCM, CRM and Line of Business Applications in respective segments would be especially valuable. You have conceptual, analytical and presentation skills, creative, dynamic and confident with assertive sales skills. End to end account management is your habit.

Your Role:
You engages with customer, understand their critical services needs and make service offerings presentations to customers and prospects that demonstrate the superiority of the Progression’s service offerings for enterprise customers. You work closely with services & sales teams to secure business for Progression.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Work closely with key Progression Sales & Service Teams and OEMs (HP & Sun) Service Teams to identify potential customers.
- Develop relationships and address customer needs & challenges
- Quantify the benefits and value of the Progression Service Offerings
- Define SLAs, workout cost structures & customer pricing for various service offerings
- Negotiate & Conclude business deals AMC, FMS & other services
- Organize customer events with OEMs & ISVs
